An ████████████████████ project for the Government of Quebec during early COVID. Goal was supporting local businesses when everyone was stuck at home.

This one’s under NDA. If you were in Quebec in 2020, you probably know what this is. The blue logo. The “buy local” initiative. That one.

I was brought in after the initial launch—when the platform needed a significant reboot following a public reception that was, let’s say, less than ideal. The team I joined helped turn it around.

What I can’t tell you: ████████████████████████, the actual name, ████████████████████████████████, most of the interesting technical details, or ████████████████.

Building for government during a crisis means throwing out the normal playbook. Timelines that would usually take months become weeks. Stakeholder alignment that usually takes forever happens overnight. When there’s genuine urgency, bureaucracy gets out of the way.

The flip side: when it launches, it’s on the news. No pressure.
