Built a personalized email CRM for Desjardins that let branch staff do relationship marketing at scale. Personal banker communications, but systematized.

Bank branches used to know their customers. Your banker knew your name, your family situation, your financial goals. That’s hard to maintain at scale when everyone’s doing online banking. We built a system that helps branch staff maintain that personal touch without it feeling fake.

The platform integrates with customer data to enable personalized communications triggered by life events, seasonal outreach that doesn’t feel mass-market, relationship tracking so bankers remember the details, and compliance-friendly templates that still allow customization.

The tricky part with any marketing automation is keeping it from feeling automated. Nobody wants a birthday email that’s obviously from a robot. We built it to encourage personalization—easy-to-customize templates, prompts to add personal notes, workflows that reminded staff to follow up on actual interactions.

Technology enabling human connection rather than replacing it. Sounds cheesy but that was the goal.
