Built a platform that connects the physical hotel experience to digital services. Guests use their phones for everything—room access, climate control, service requests, local recommendations.

Hotels have smart locks, smart thermostats, smart TVs, but none of them talk to each other. Guests end up juggling five different apps and interfaces. We built the connective tissue. One app, one experience.

The platform integrates with property management systems, IoT devices across multiple protocols (BLE, NFC, WiFi), and third-party services. Real-time sync between guest app, staff dashboards, and physical devices.

The tricky part was reliability. When someone’s trying to get into their room at 2 AM after a long flight, “the Bluetooth is being flaky” isn’t acceptable. Had to make it bulletproof.

The real value goes beyond replacing the plastic room key. It’s knowing a guest always orders room service coffee at 7 AM and having it ready. It’s the concierge desk seeing someone struggling with the TV before they call. Operational efficiency that guests never see but always feel.
